Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form. We also collect basic, anonymised usage data to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver and improve our services, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We only share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting), and where required by law. They are bound to handle it securely and only on our instructions.
Cookies and advertising
Our sites use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through a page (with what you type in forms masked) so we can improve it; Microsoft processes this data as described in its privacy statement. On hosting.optello.co and trades.optello.co we also use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies so Meta can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. It records actions such as viewing a page, tapping a phone number, starting a checkout or sending an enquiry; we don't send it your name, email or phone number. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block these cookies in your browser.
